Jejak Office is an independently operated digital presence consultancy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and timing are agreed separately in writing. Advertised starting prices depend on the agreed scope.

Information submitted

Contact and audit forms collect your name, company, email, phone and the business details you provide. Submissions are sent by email to hello@jejakoffice.com and handled in our mailbox; new submissions are not saved in a website database. To prevent abuse and duplicate emails, the website keeps a hashed client identifier, a keyed submission hash, a submission identifier, time and delivery status in protected local storage. These security records expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next submission. Hosting and email providers may retain delivery and access logs.

Use of information

Information is used to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare relevant recommendations, and manage related service records. Hosting services may process technical access logs. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Browser storage

This website stores language and display preferences and form cooldown information in your browser. Session storage controls the offer popup and language context. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this website. External links, including WhatsApp and Instagram, are governed by their own privacy practices.

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Use the contact below to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact. Any ongoing service records will be considered when responding to your request.
